Single cell analysis of the olfactory epithelia

Single cell RNA-Seq experiment was conducted using mouse olfactory epithelia at E18.5, P14, and adult stage to study the gene expression in different cell types, including olfactory sensory neurons and their progenitor cells. 3 single cell libraries from E18.5, P14, and adult.本研究开展了单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-Seq）实验，以处于胚胎发育18.5天（E18.5）、出生后14天（P14）及成年阶段的小鼠嗅觉上皮为实验材料，旨在探究包括嗅觉感觉神经元及其祖细胞在内的多种细胞类型的基因表达特征。本数据集共包含3份分别对应E18.5、P14及成年阶段的单细胞文库。
