Function-Guided Transcriptomic Profiling of NK Cells Reveals Molecular Determinants of Cytotoxicity for Immunotherapy

This dataset contains raw sequencing data and accompanying metadata from [ study analyzing immune cell-tumor cell interactions using RNA sequencing. The sequencing was performed on effector cells sorted based on their ability to kill co-encapsulated tumor cells in a microfluidic droplet assay. The dataset includes: FASTQ files representing raw reads from individual sorted cell populations Metadata file containing sample annotations, experimental conditions, and sorting details This dataset supports the analyses and findings reported in a forthcoming manuscript. All data are anonymized and non-identifiable, and can be used for further transcriptomic or immunological analyses.
