demeaned_swecqCBF_43_base_part1.nii.gz: Smoothed, normalized
CBF image at Y0, which has been mean-centred (the mean at each voxel
across the sample is 0). As file size was limited, this is the first part,
representing the first 21 subjects. Order is indicated by the ASL_order_avg.part1
column.
demeaned_swecqCBF_43_base_part2.nii.gz: As above, but for the
22 remaining subjects. Order is indicated by the ASL_order_avg.part2
column.
savg_wecqCBF_43_part1.nii.gz: Smoothed, normalized average CBF
images for each participant (average of Y0 and Y1). Again for file size
restriction, this file holds data for the first 21 participants. Order is
indicated by the ASL_order_avg.part1 column.
savg_wecqCBF_43_part2.nii.gz: As above, but for the 22
remaining subjects. Order is indicated by the ASL_order_avg.part1 column.
sdiff_wecqCBF_43.nii.gz: Difference in smoothed, normalized
CBF between the two timepoints (diff=Y0-Y1). Order is indicated by the ASL_order.diff
column.
