In order to explore the mechanism of PS2 in the pathogenesis of AD, we used RNA-seq analysis based on high-throughput sequencing to investigate the transcript changes in the PS2 siRNA SH-SY5Y cells and Scramble group cells. The results showed that there were 166 DEGs have been screened, including 42 up-regulated genes and 124 down-regulated genes
