FAIR Project: Adjunct Flagellin Therapy in Antibiotic-Resistant Pneumonia - Mouse Lung and Blood RNA-seq

As part of the FAIR project, this study explores a novel immunomodulatory flagellin delivered via nebulization as an adjunct to antibiotics in mouse models of pneumonia. RNA-seq was performed on lung and blood samples to characterize host immune responses, identify factors linked to improved outcomes, and support the development of therapies against antibiotic-resistant pneumonia.
