Gene expression in glycerol-grown Yarrowia lipolytica Af4 (DHA producing strain) and Yarrowia lipolytica Po1h (non-producing stain) in different growth phases and different medium conditions

mRNA was sampled during exponential growth phase (T1), beginning of stationary/production phase (T2), middle of production phase (T3-T4) and end of production phase (T5-T6) strains: Y. lipolytica Af4 - DHA producer (Gemperlein et al., 2019) and Y. lipolytica Po1h - wild type 4 different setups: Af4 strain = C1 - condition 1 (C/N = 8.6, C/P = 41.3), C2 - condition 2 (C/N = 8.6, C/P = 95.2), C3 - condition 3 (C/N =17.2, C/P = 190.4), Po1h strain = C4 - condition 4 (C/N = 8.6, C/P = 95.2) Condition 1 (producer strain): 20 g/L glycerol, 5 g/L (NH4)2SO4, 1.3 g/L PO4-; Condition 2 (producer strain): 20 g/L glycerol, 5 g/L (NH4)2SO4, 0.65 g/L PO4-; Condition 3 (producer strain): 40 g/L glycerol, 5 g/L (NH4)2SO4, 0.65 g/L PO4-; Condition 4 (wild type): 20 g/L glycerol, 5 g/L (NH4)2SO4, 0.65 g/L PO4-
