资源简介:
Dataset of 1,200 vibration signals acquired by mechanically simulating different fault conditions in a generic rotating machine. This machine is composed of a rotor with two balancing planes, the Drive End plane (DE) and the Non-Drive End (NDE), coupled to a 735,5 W motor by a rigid coupling and supported by two rolling bearings. Each of these planes is composed of a metallic disc with 24 equidistant holes, separated by 15 degrees each, so that test masses can be inserted to simulate different mechanical imbalance conditions. Both bearings can be positioned to insert angular and parallel misalignment between the rotor and the motor. The motor is powered by an inverter to control the rotation frequency. To acquire the vibration signals, two IEPE accelerometers were installed in each bearing, in horizontal and vertical positions, and an optical sensor activated by the passage of a reflective tape fixed on the DE disc was installed to acquire the rotor's angular reference position, and therefore, the rotation frequency. The vibration signals are divided into 4 different fault conditions and 4 different rotation frequencies as follows: 200 signals with no faults, called Baseline, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz; 200 signals with a fault bearing, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz; 200 signals with a fault bearing and unbalanced, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz; 200 signals with a misalignment at the NDE, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz; 200 signals with an unbalance at the DE, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz; and 200 signals with an unbalance at the NDE, where 50 signals are at a rotation frequency of 10 Hz, 50 of 20 Hz, 50 of 30 Hz, and 50 of 40 Hz. At each simulated condition, a *.lvm file (a type of CSV file) was created, with 11 columns: Number of the point; Time; Trigger signal; Drive end bearing acceleration signal, on the horizontal position; Drive end bearing acceleration signal, on the vertical position; Non-drive end bearing acceleration signal, on the horizontal position; Non-drive end bearing acceleration signal, on the vertical position; Drive end bearing velocity signal, on the horizontal position; Drive end bearing velocity signal, on the vertical position; Non-drive end bearing velocity signal, on the horizontal position; Non-drive end bearing velocity signal, on the vertical position. The trigger and acceleration signals were acquired with a sampling rate of 6 kHz and 36,000 points and the velocity signals were calculated by integrating the acceleration signals. Columns 2, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are limited until the last rising edge of the trigger signal, so they only present complete periods of the rotating axis.
