Leveraging the elevator failure data of these communities and parks, elevator maintenance enterprises can optimize on-site staff allocation, adjust maintenance spare parts inventory, and improve maintenance efficiency.

The algorithmic rules for the elevator maintenance data of Shangyu District include the following three aspects:
1. Data Collection: Collect the number of maintained elevators, elevator failure times and failure types of all residential communities and industrial parks within Shangyu District, and conduct classification and summary.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of each failure type for each residential community/industrial park and the overall proportion of each failure type across Shangyu District. Moreover, use Finereport software to create visualized regional maps that present the failure type proportions of each community and park.
3. Data Application: Enterprises engaged in the elevator maintenance industry can utilize the above data and visualized regional maps to understand the overall elevator maintenance situation within Shangyu District and the failure type proportions of each community and park.
