We present the complete formulation of Geometric Emergent Unity Theory (GEUT) – a unified quantumfield theory where gravity, Standard Model interactions, Higgs mechanism, and dark matter emerge from the geometry of d = 6 Ramanujan graphs. The theory derives all fundamental constants from a single parameter κ (κ −1/4 = 9.5 TeV) through: (1) twistor network dynamics on expander graphs, (2) p-adic spectral corrections, and (3) topological invariants. Experimental predictions include modified Higgs couplings (κf ≈ 1 ± κm2 f ), axion-like dark matter (mDM ≈ 10−3 eV), and quantum gravity effects in LISA (∆vg/c ∼ 10−21).
