Secretome carbon clearance assay dataset

4 groups mice received intramuscular injection of secretome as much as 0.025 ml in. The first group received 0.00625 ml of secretome intramuscularly in each thigh (dose 1). The second group received 0.0125 ml of secretome intramuscularly in each thigh (dose 2). The third group received 0.025 ml of secretome intramuscularly in each thigh (dose 3). The control group received 0.025 ml of sterile water for injection on each thigh (negative control).
