Transcription analysis from the human embryonic kidney 293 cells (HEK293) were pre-treated with JIB-04, and then uninfected and infected with porcine rotavirus (PoRV)

Purpose: Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in HEK293 cells response to JIB-04 and porcine rotavirus (PoRV) Overall design: Methods: HEK293A cells were pre-treated with JIB-04 (10 µM) for 12 hr, and then uninfected or infected with porcine rotavirus (PoRV) (MOI=0.01) for the 12 hpi. Total RNA from cells in duplicate was extracted using RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) according to manufacturer's guidelines. RNA sample quality was measured by both NanoDrop spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent). Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. Then, differential gene expression analysis was performed using DESeq2.
