To assess changes in HDAC2 genomic occupancy an transcription rate that occur upon mito-tRNA Asparagine inhibition, MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with either a non-targeting control locked nucleic acid (LNA), or an LNA targeting mito-tRNA Asparagine. HDAC2-bound loci were assessed using CUT&RUN, while transcriptional activity was assessed using GRO-Seq Transcriptomic, RNA-seq analysis in triplicate, comparing cells transfected with control, mito-tRNA Asparagine, or mito-tRNA Lysine LNAs
