Vallydia Ingredient-Evidence Register

An evidence-graded open reference dataset of 85 cosmetic and research ingredients. Each compound carries per-outcome A–F evidence grades (graded on consistency of evidence × magnitude/quality), DOI-verified citations, legal status by region, WADA status, machine-readable cosmetic-claims maps (both permitted and forbidden claim wordings), and chemical identifiers (CAS / PubChem CID / InChIKey / SMILES) with explicit confidence and provenance. Scope is appearance and evidence only: the dataset contains no dosing, administration or commerce information by design. Grades are Vallydia's own evidence assessment, not third-party certification.
