This project investigates the transcriptomic response of Pediococcus acidilactici cultured in liquid MRS medium under selenium related nitrite stress. Two culture conditions were examined: a control group sampled at 4 hours and a selenium stress group treated with 1000 ug/mL sodium nitrite and sampled at 10 hours. Raw sequencing data were generated to characterize global transcriptional changes, with a particular focus on pathways involved in selenoamino acid biosynthesis, antioxidant defense, and redox regulation. Sequencing was performed by Tianjin Novogene Co., Ltd.
