The MozzaVID dataset is a collection of synchrotron X-ray tomography scans of mozzarella microstructure, designed for volumetric model benchmarking and food structure analysis. This dataset includes a Large split with 37,824 volumes, as well as smaller Base and Small splits. It provides two classification granularities: 25 cheese types and 149 cheese samples.
