Expected property investments by UHNWIs in India 2021, by sector

According to a survey with wealth managers in India, around 31 percent of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) were likely to invest in office property in 2021. This segment was followed by residential real estate with 26 percent. UHNWIs are considered those persons, who own a net worth of more than 30 million U.S. dollars.
