This dataset accompanies the paper“The φ-Program for the Riemann Hypothesis (v18, Conditional)”DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17458502. It contains the full numerical and symbolic components used in the analysis: Prime-truncation determinant evaluations of Kφ(s)\mathsf{K}_\varphi(s)Kφ(s); Fourier and FFT overlays for φ-period control experiments; Oblateness / golden-torus baseline datasets used for φ-coherence validation; Scripts for evaluating det⁡(I−Kφ(s))\det(I-\mathsf{K}_\varphi(s))det(I−Kφ(s)) and plotting zeros along ℜs=12\Re s=\tfrac12ℜs=21; Reproduction notebooks corresponding to Supplement (S1). All scripts and files are self-contained and reproduce the results and figures in the main text.These data are evidence and control material, not part of the mathematical proof itself. This work is part of the broader Harald Wave Field Theory (HWFT) program, which provides unified solutions to the Clay Millennium Problems. Note on validation:This result is part of the HWFT research program. Evidence is presented in parallel tracks: Open, classical validation — φ-law oblateness and c²-form law, tested directly on NASA/IAU datasets. Controlled-access validation — randomness results under a 12-month responsible disclosure embargo (auto-open: 2026-09-27).
