Water samples collected over 1 yr (Nov. 2023 to Nov. 2024). were filtered and cultured on thiosulfate citrate bile salts (TCBS) agar and then colonies were harvested and DNA was extracted. DNA was barcoded and sequenced using Oxford Nanopore Technologies to determine Vibrio species and serotypes present in the samples.
