Tepidimonas taiwanensis is a thermophilic bacterium with potential application in industrial biotechnology as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) producer. It was originally isolated in a hot spring in the Pingtung area in southern Taiwan. Nevertheless, its complete genome sequence has not been assembled so far. Here we present the complete genome of the type strain Tepidimonas taiwanensis LMG 22826 that was purchased from the BCCM/LMG Bacteria Collection, Ghent, Belgium.
