Preventable adult ICU-related coronial deaths in Australia (1997 to 2025): reproducibility record

This repository is the reproducibility deposit for a study of preventable and potentially preventable adult ICU-related deaths identified from publicly published Australian coronial findings across all eight jurisdictions, classified with a two-stage large language model (LLM) pipeline.It contains the verbatim prompts, the classification and analysis code, the analytic datasets, the raw model-output audit trails, the validation materials, and the retrieval documentation needed to inspect and re-run the analysis.
