The tested strain was cultured under wood sawdust treatment (3d, 5d, 7d, and 11d) and non-woody control (0d) on LNAS liquid medium. Total RNAs were extracted from different mycelia and transcriptome sequencing was performed, the transcriptome libraries and gene expression profile related to the lignocellulose degradation of the white rot fungus were obtained, which provides a basis for the degradation mechanism of wood white rot.
