We propose to definitively characterise the somatic genetics of Prostate cancer through generation of comprehensive catalogues of somatic mutations by high coverage genome sequencing. This study will aim to validate the findings of the whole genome study by re-sequencing regions of interest using a bespoke pulldown bait.
