资源简介:
Microbial communities can be viewed as networks of interspecific interactions, with hundreds to thousands of species influencing each other's population dynamics through a variety of interactions such as competition, feeding and coexistence. The environment influences the network structure of microbial communities, and both community composition and interspecific interactions can change over time. However, the fundamental nature of network variation in microbial communities is poorly understood, and estimating interactions in microbial communities with large numbers of species is a major challenge. In this study, soil microbiota was incubated at 30?C and 37?C. By combining metagenomics and non-linear time series analysis, We sought to reveal structural differences and characteristics of the interaction network of soil bacterial communities in response to changes in incubation temperature.
