This repository contains the Python code and processed datasets used in the study: “Weibull Biochemical Oxygen Demand Kinetics Along the Potomac River: Spatial and Temporal Variability Across Treatment Plant Effluents and Receiving Water”. The contents include: Python scripts for fitting the Weibull (stretched-exponential) BOD model to CBOD and NOD time series Code for numerical simulation of dissolved oxygen (DO) sag using a Runge–Kutta (RK4) scheme Processed datasets derived from the USEPA (1979) Potomac River Long-Term BOD Survey Supporting files required to reproduce figures and statistical analyses presented in the manuscript All original data are publicly available from the USEPA (1979) publication. This repository provides processed data and code to enable full reproducibility of the results.
