SPM_DB v1.0: a Kraken2/Bracken reference database for soybean pathogen metagenomic profiling

SPM_DB v1.0 is a custom Kraken2/Bracken reference database developed for soybean pathogen metagenomic profiling using the SPM-quant workflow. This database package contains the prebuilt Kraken2 database files and the Bracken distribution file for 150 bp reads, allowing users to directly run SPM-quant without rebuilding the reference database. The recommended parameters are Kraken2 confidence = 0.5, Bracken read length = 150, Bracken taxonomic level = species (S), and Bracken threshold = 98.
