"This dataset supports research on sustainable and batteryless Internet of Things (IoT) systems by providing long-term, real-world measurements from an indoor environmental sensing deployment. It captures the behavior of a hybrid IoT network composed of two types of devices: (1) plugged-in sensors with continuous power supply and (2) batteryless sensors powered exclusively by indoor light energy harvesting.The dataset contains over three million samples collected over approximately 100 days of continuous measurements from 28 sensor nodes (14 plugged-in and 14 battery-powered) deployed across nine rooms in an office environment covering approximately 300 m\u00b2. It includes environmental variables such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and air quality, as well as energy-related metrics (e.g., storage voltage and illumination) and communication indicators (e.g., packet activity and received signal strength).By combining co-located powered and energy-harvesting devices, the dataset enables direct comparison of sensing reliability, communication performance, and energy dynamics under real-world conditions. It provides a comprehensive basis for the analysis of intermittent operation, energy availability, spatial-temporal environmental behavior, and long-term system performance.This dataset is intended to support research in energy-aware IoT system design, batteryless sensing, and sustainable large-scale IoT deployments."
