Dataset of Contact Angle, Corrosion and Degradation Properties of MAO Coatings on β-Type Titanium Alloy

This dataset includes contact angle measurements as well as corrosion and degradation test results for β-type titanium alloy samples in the untreated condition and after micro-arc oxidation (MAO) treatment. The data enable the evaluation of the influence of MAO process parameters on the physicochemical and corrosion-related properties of the coatings, including surface wettability, corrosion resistance, and degradation behavior. The results support the assessment of MAO-based surface modifications for potential biomedical implant applications.
