Multi-year dust monitoring in eastern Patagonia

Total mass collected during multiple years at an average interval of 16-26 days in a BSNE and a CP collector in dust monitoring sites in Bahía Blanca (38.733ºS, 62.166ºW), Trelew (43.220ºS, 65.278ºW) and San Julián (49.300ºS, 67.772ºW). Bulk grain size distributions for selected samples were also measured for these sites and for a fourth site in Río Grande (53.786ºS, 67.751ºW). The purpose of these measurements was to obtain horizontal and vertical surface (i.e., 5 meters above ground level) dust mass fluxes close to dust-emitting surfaces in eastern Patagonia, as well as grain size distributions of dust.
