The frequency of courtship behaviors was measured in transgenic F1 lines expressing the 5-HT7-dsRNA under control of the 5-HT7-gal4 promoter (F1). When compared with the parental lines 5-HT7-Gal4 (Gal4) and UAS-sym-5-HT7-dsRNA (UAS), the frequency of licking, curling and copulation attempts was significantly decreased.
