资源简介:
We genotyped 135 new samples (121 samples from 10 Uralic-speaking and 14 samples from 8 non-Uralic-speaking populations) and combined these data with previously published data to characterize the population structure of Uralic-speaking populations in the context of their geographic neighbours across Eurasia 135 samples were analysed with the Illumina Human610-Quad, HumanHap650Yv3, Human660W-Quad and HumanOmni1-Quad Genotyping BeadChips and are described herein. Please note that [1] The following samples represent the 'non-Uralic-speaking' samples; German7, Gagauz10, Poland135, Poland148, Poland149, Poland150, Poland151, C_Russian1012, C_Russian1006, latvian51E3, swede_V49245, Tatar1003, Tatar1008, buryat_V43501 [2] the processed (*Matrix_processed.txt) and raw data (*Matrix_signal_intensities.txt) is provided as Series supplementary file as indicated in the corresponding sample description field.
