Given the complexity of these two materials (PL and PDA2), we chose to view the IS-engineered dermal bio-material-wound complexes as discrete wholes on which we performed transcriptome analyses. In doing so, we tried to clarify how PDA2 can help improve skin grafting quality in both early and late stages of the healing process.
