The other files in the archive are loaded by Rfunc.R, or are read in following the instructions in Rfunc.R. Detailed instructions and commands are available at the top of Rfunc.R. New models may be created and fitted using this code, but for standard POPAN and lambda-POPAN models we recommend contacting the authors for an updated version with user interface that will soon be available.
