资源简介:
Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we assessed the systemic impact of chemotherapy on tumor, stromal, and immune cells in the high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma. The results reveal remodeling of the T cell profiles towards a more naïve state and the upregulation of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition signatures in surviving tumor cells. These alterations suggest cellular and molecular targets for the therapeutic development in chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer. We performed quality control on the data according to certain criteria (UMI, RNA, mitochondrial RNA) and used a total of 29,794 cells for lineage clustering. We then subclustered the cells by lineage and performed group analysis to assess the systemic impact of chemotherapy. This study includes reanalyzed Samples from GSE192898. The OVARY5P_UMI_matrix_final.rds file includes this re-analyzed data.
