Dataset for "Probability Encoding Omission Neurons in Auditory Cortex Signal Negative Prediction Error "

This dataset contains the processed, spike-sorted, and trial-aligned neural recordings and behavioral metadata used for the analyses presented in the manuscript “Probability Encoding Omission Neurons in Auditory Cortex Signal Negative Prediction Error” (PBIOLOGY-D-25-00849R1, PLOS Biology). Each file corresponds to one penetration. All data are derived from multi-session recordings in the rat auditory cortex using Neuropixels probes during a two-tone omission paradigm with variable tone probability.
