The initial filler sample (S1) and the filler sample from day 127 of the experiment (S2) were selected for metagenomic sequencing analysis to elucidate the changes in the microbial community and gene characteristics after the establishment of PN and PD in low-ammonia nitrogen wastewater. After extracting DNA, sequencing libraries were constructed using the NEX TFLEX Rapid DNA-Seq Kit, and sequencing was completed on the Illumina MiSeq platform (Shanghai Meiji Bio Company).
