This Figshare record contains four files supporting the PLAY-CogLang trial on pragmatic competence and executive function in Mandarin-speaking preschoolers: “附录:PLAY-CogLang游戏方案” (Appendix: PLAY-CogLang game plan, detailing the teacher-led game modules and implementation procedures) and three SPSS datasets—“执行功能与语用能力(对照组组内比较).sav” (control group within-group comparison), “执行功能与语用能力(实验组组内比较).sav” (intervention group within-group comparison), and “执行功能与语用能力(组间比较).sav” (between-group comparison). The .sav files include anonymized scores on pragmatic competence (CPCAT) and executive function (HTKS) collected at baseline, post-intervention (Week 9), and six-month follow-up, along with group/time indicators needed to reproduce the main analyses. Data are de-identified and shared under a CC BY 4.0 license.
