Predicting the Rotational Dependence of Line Broadening using Machine Learning

Here is the work described in the paper 'Predicting the Rotational Dependence of Line Broadening usingMachine Learning' (link).  Both pipelines can be run on the data provided to train models for predicting line broadening.  Trained models are also given.  These were done using sklearn 0.24.2, but should be accessible in environments with more recent releases downloaded.  The 'plotting file' should output comparisons of HITRAN data and machine learned predictions for the models in 'trained_models_for_testing.pkl'.
