The genes Ift88 and Dzip1 are critical for primary cilium biogenesis, the objective this study was to determine the transcriptome changes in Mitral leaflets in these genetic deficiencies. Examination of transcriptome changes in in vivo model organism knockout of the gene Ift88 or in the context of a pathogenic Dzip1 mutation.
基因Ift88与Dzip1对初级纤毛发生(primary cilium biogenesis)至关重要;本研究旨在明确这两种基因存在遗传缺陷时,二尖瓣小叶(Mitral leaflets)内的转录组(transcriptome)变化。具体而言,研究针对体内模式生物的Ift88基因敲除(knockout)模型,或携带致病性Dzip1突变(pathogenic mutation)的模型,对其转录组变化进行了检测。
