This study design encompasses sample diversity across developmental and aging stages, capturing the effects of age-related changes as a central experimental variable under investigation. Six C57BL/6J mice were analyzed using spatial transcriptomics at three distinct time points: postnatal day 21 (P21), 1215 weeks (adult), and 28 months (aged), with two biological replicates for each age group.
