Genomic prediction of symbiotic interactions between two Endozoicomonas clades and their coral host, Acropora loripes

This study used long- and short-read whole-genome sequencing of pure bacterial cultures to obtain insight into the metabolic pathways shared between 11 Endozoicomonas strains and their coral host, Acropora loripes.
