ISSUES OF TRANSLATING SOCIO-POLITICAL TEXTS FROM ARABIC INTO UZBEK

This article analyzes the linguistic, semantic, and stylistic issues that arise in the process of translating socio-political texts from Arabic into Uzbek. The study examines the specific features of translating socio-political terminology, political concepts, and cultural realia, as well as the ways of adequately rendering them in the Uzbek language. Particular attention is paid to the translation of Arabic syntactic structures, terminological units, and culturally specific elements in order to preserve the original meaning and stylistic features of the text. The article also highlights the importance of ensuring equivalence, semantic accuracy, and stylistic correspondence in the translation process. Furthermore, effective translation strategies and methods for translating socio-political texts are proposed. The results of the research contribute to the development of Arabic–Uzbek translation studies and have practical significance for translators.
