In this study we employ TargetedDamID to identify targets within the epidermis for the histone deacetylase HDA-1 that we identified as a key epidermal development regulator. Overall design: Identification of HDA-1 genome-wide binding by epidermis-specific expression of HDA-1:Dam fusion in C. elegans. Samples containing the NLS-GFP:dam fusion only constitute control samples.
