Beneficial effects of ginkgetin on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) by bulk RNA Sequencing

Ginkgetin could significantly attenuate NASH in a mouse model induced by high-fat diet, including reducing lipid accumulation in the liver and inhibiting hepatic inflammtion and fibrosis. In addition, the related signaling pathways and gene expression were also downregulated by ginkgetin by bulk RNA Sequencing analysis. Overall design: To investigate the effect of ginkgetin on NASH and the underlying mechanism, we performed bulk RNA Sequencing on the liver tissues from NASH mcie treated with vehicle (control group) or ginkgetin (10mg/kg/day) (ginkgetin group).
