NBRP 4x core collection GRAS-Di sequence data

National Bioresource Project-Wheat (NBRP-Wheat; https://shigen.nig.ac.jp/wheat/komugi) maintains more than 2,000 tetraploid wheat accessions. The main part of the tetraploid wheat collection at NBRP-Wheat consists of accessions collected in their natural habitats during the expeditions led by the late Dr. H. Kihara and his colleagues (Yamashita and Tanaka 1960, 1961; Kihara et al. 1965; Yamashita et al. 1969). To optimize the utility of genetic resources, we selected a core collection of NBRP-Wheat tetraploid wheat and acquired fine-genotype data for the core collection using GRAS-Di.
