资源简介:
This study examines the regulation of HNF4a by cyclin D1 in hepatic cell lines and mouse liver. Overall design: Three different cell lines were treated with control of cyclin D1 siRNA, followed by RNA-seq. Mice had transduction of cyclin D1 (or a truncation mutant called cyclin D1-RD) into the liver using recombinant adenovirus, followed by HNF4a ChIP-seq.
