Population scenarios for Central Germany: The population scenarios for Central Germany are based on the 12th population prognosis of the federal bureau of statistics available on www.destatis.de. For the scenario building we used the variants V1W1 and V1W2 (see original data and leaflet p 37). Detailed information on the assumptions used for the different variants are presented in the official dataset and leaflet. See readme page in population scenario file for more details.<br>
