一种基于刨花板用大豆蛋白基豆粕胶黏剂及其制备方法和应用,各组分按质量份计如下:豆粕粉30~200份,改性胶液200~2000份,pH调节剂1~15份。本发明以豆粕为原料,通过温度控制、酸碱调控的技术手段,采用复合改性剂对其进行化学改性,改变大豆蛋白质分子结构,改善豆粕胶黏剂粘结强度,突破传统生物质胶黏剂在刨花板上难喷涂、成型性差、内胶合强度低的技术难题,制备的一种具有较好初粘性、流动性、粘接性的大豆蛋白基豆粕胶黏剂。此外,搭配胶黏剂固化剂,制备的刨花板的内胶合强度、2h吸水厚度膨胀率均优于国家标准。
A soybean protein-based soybean meal adhesive for particleboard, as well as its preparation method and application. Each component is given in parts by mass as follows: 30–200 parts of soybean meal powder, 200–2000 parts of modified adhesive liquid, and 1–15 parts of pH regulator. This invention takes soybean meal as the raw material, and conducts chemical modification via temperature control and pH adjustment with a composite modifier, which alters the molecular structure of soybean proteins and improves the bonding strength of the soybean meal adhesive. This breakthrough addresses the technical bottlenecks of traditional biomass adhesives applied on particleboards, including poor sprayability, inferior formability and low internal bonding strength. The prepared soybean protein-based soybean meal adhesive exhibits excellent initial tack, fluidity and bonding performance. Furthermore, when paired with the adhesive curing agent, the internal bonding strength and 2-hour water absorption thickness swelling rate of the manufactured particleboards both exceed the requirements of national standards.
