资源简介:
Data presented are the average values from duplicate experiments. CBHI, cellobiohydrolase I; Glu, glucose; Supernat, supernatant.Note:[1]The no sugar control basal medium contained yeast extract, which has low content of carbon that can support a minimal growth of fungus.[2]The pellet contained the fungal cell mass for the no-C (carbon) control and glucose media, and cell mass plus residual Avicel for the Avicel-CBHI medium.[3]Glucan in Avicel residue is presented as glucose equivalent unit.[4]FAME yield: amount (mg) of FAME produced per gram glucose consumed.
