Complete sequences of RNA-3 and RNA-4 cDNA were obtained from 14 selected samples for comparison with sequences available in public databases). Beet cryptic virus (BCV2) was detected in beet samples infected with BYNVV, and its partial RNA genome sequence was obtained for the first time in Kazakhstan.
