Data recorded for the paper "Second-order nonlinear frequency conversion in InGaP-on-insulator waveguides". The majority of the data are in HDF5 format, providing a dictionary like structure, thus labeling each dataset. Each measurement folder contains a detector_designation.txt, indicating the measured quantity of each detector nr. Most nonlinear frequency conversion measurements are provided as raw data, and calibrated to be on chip as plotted in the paper. Notes: Relevant calibrations can generally be recognized by overlapping dates with data. Power calibrations are made between taps and the input lensed fiber (See fig. 1d in paper). For cutback loss measurements the following waveguide lengths can be used, related to file wg annotation - wg1 = 1.988 mm, wg2 = 4.626 mm, wg3 = 6.692 mm, wg4 = 8.340 mm and wg5 = 9.957 mm. For etch comparison, QC1 and QC2 were made with a CH4 based etch chemistry and QC3 and QC4 were etched based on BCl3
